Company History

Associated Property Management, Inc. was founded in 1989 by Jane M. Raffety, RMP (Residential Management Professional) and her partner. With her background in accounting, she set up all the office procedures and since 1993 has been the Owner/Broker and manager of the company.

Western Washington County and residential property were the areas specifically chosen for business with the office centrally located in Hillsboro, Oregon.

The philosphy and attitude of the company has always been to have an "open door" for owners to stop by and visit at anytime.

Our motto "Quality Managers for Quality Owners" represents our property management business.

Affiliations

Active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) since 1995. Associated Property Management, Inc. adheres to the strict NARPM Code of Ethics. NARPM offers education, forms and networking with other property managers.

Member of OAA (Oregon Apartment Association) since 1989. OAA also offers education, forms, networking and legislative contact.

Member of Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce.
