APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Review vacancy list and drive-by specific rental unit(s) of interest to make sure the property fits your needs.
2. Read Selection Criteria provided on back of application and web-site.
3. Make appointment and view interior of unit with Agent from Associated Property Mgmt, Inc. Showings are done between 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Mon thru Fri. If you are unable to view the property yourself, you may have someone view it for you.
4. Complete application from EACH APPLICANT 18 YEARS AND OVER is required.
5. Submit completed application in person at the office of Associated Property Mgmt, Inc. providing all information and funds as requested in the criteria.
6. Incomplete or illegible applications will not be accepted. False, fraudulent or misleading information may be grounds for denial of the application or subsequent eviction.
7. Only one application at a time per property is accepted and screened.
8. The acceptance or denial of an application is at the sole discretion of the Agent.
9. Application approval will take approximately 3 business days for process.
10. The property will be held for up to 10 days after approval of the application.
11. When approved, a time will be scheduled for all applicants to sign the rental_agreement at one time, pay move-in costs in money order or certified funds, and receive keys.

APPLICATION DENIAL

Denied applications will be returned immediately to the current address on the application. If your application was denied due to incorrect information received on the credit report you should:

• Contact the supplier of the information whose name and address will be given to you.
• Correct the incorrect information through the credit company.
• Request the credit company to submit a corrected credit report to this office.
• Upon receipt of the corrected information you may re-submit application if specific unit is still available.
